Davido, Rema and Congolese singer Fally Ipupa will headline the seventh edition of Afro Nation Portugal, organisers announced on 23rd September, continuing Nigeria's dominant presence at one of the world's biggest Afrobeats and amapiano festivals. When and Where Afro Nation Portugal 2027 Happens

The seventh edition runs from 9th to 11th June 2027 at Praia da Rocha beach in Portimão, in Portugal's Algarve region, Channels Television reports, with an opening party on 8th June and a closing party on 12th June. The Needle Drop notes that the 2027 dates land about a month earlier than the festival's recent editions, which have generally run in July. It remains an 18-plus event, with photo identification required at entry.

Three Returning Headliners

Organisers described Davido, Rema and Fally Ipupa as "three giants of African music" in their announcement, Premium Times reports, and all three have headlined or performed at the festival before.
